What scares me most...

This is a captious question, it may show hidden tendencies!

I am afraid of many things

I am very much afraid of "not a thing". It sounds so empty!

Besides of acrophobic, I am belenophobic, cacophobic, gamophobic, and last but not least venustraphobic. The list pursue:

Every morning when I wake up, I check I am not in a coffin. I am not afraid of dead (if given 15 minutes to die, I will use only 5), I am afraid of being "undead".

Just awake an after looking myself on the mirror I smile, I want to be friendly with the first one I see.

I cannot stand the looks of spiders and snakes, my therapist sustain I am a repressed serial killer. But I suspect there are some other worse repression in my mind.

I am afraid of mothers-in-law, I have not one, but I have read they are, or can be, very bad.

I do not like 'varmints', whatever their origin. Even two legged 'varmints'

I am afraid of big feminine eyes, (and I mean eyes), that do not smile.

I am fearful of a slap in the cheek, it can mix my thoughts. Even if not always there are thoughts in my mind.

I abhor writers blocks, nothing could be more horrible than a blank screen and a blank mind!

I hate rain, snow, sleet, blizzards, mist, fog, and too much sun.

I detest to be alone in a desert island, unless I have a library at hand... or well, some other kind of entertainment.

As you see, this is an interminable list...    so we will terminate it here!

The music is a fragment of "Sonata Opus 57 Appassionata 3rd Mov." by Ludwig van Beethoven, piano by Valentina Lisitsa.

  1. You have described so well , what scares you most ,
    a lovely read :)

    1. Thank you Auntie, and this is only a part of the whole! :)

  2. I could relate to the line "Just awake an after looking myself on the mirror I smile, I want to be friendly with the first one I see." So nice! All of us deserve it. :)

Thank you, Od, for sharing a list of what scare you most. If you want to know one of the things that scares me most is a "fake" Dracula in horror movies!

    1. I agree! We all deserve it!

I am scared by Dracula, too even if I do not mention it, and by bats, too... Even Batman! :)

  3. I'm afraid of being afraid of afraid, ha ha ha. You seem to hate almost all of the wonderful seasons ie: snow, rain etc... I enjoy them best when I am tucked up warm in bed :)

So many things come to mind. I don't like creepy crawly strange looking insects that you may come across when having a picnic on the grass. I can't relax until I chase it away. I'm glad that I don't live in a country where snakes are found in your home, as I wouldn't be able to sleep at all.

    1. That I can understand, fear the fear! You know if it snow, I have to assist the skiers, if it rain, I must assist those who love Gene Kelly and "Singin' in the rain", if it sleet, I must assist to those who never have seen sleet before, if there is mist or fog I must be running around calling those lost in the dark, if there is a blizzard I must go and convince "locos" not go out, and if there is too much sun I got every freckles on Earth! I am not tucked in the bed!!!! :(

I hate bugs, too. Once I crushed a big bug full of legs, and on second sight I saw I had ruined a pair of false eyelashes! :)

  4. "Not a Thing" can be such a Scary Thing!!

I have Big eyes and I am a female (oh oh!)

  5. That's right! if you are chased by "not a thing", there is no place to hide!

OK, Big Eyes, female... but do you smile? :)

  6. I'm not afraid of anything, not even not a thing.

    1. You are a very courageous person, Michelle!!!

I know that there are not witches, and sorcerers...

But at midnight in a covenant is almost sure they are there!!!!!! :)))
